My technician showed up early was well prepared. It was rainy and he put booties on as to not soil my carpet! He thoroughly cleaned and tested my heat pump. Changed the filter and went over all the details in a clear concise manner. Extra points for the text message reminders, especially the morning of the service because I overslept!!!

I am also on their service plan, which gives me peace of mind knowing that my heating/cooling system is in good operating condition. I just had a new heat pump installed - today! The installation went very smoothly with the three-man team working together. They were efficient, thorough, and personable. Scheduled for 10:00 - 12:00 arrived at 10:00 was polite, professional, explained what I didn't know, corrected the setting on the thermostat and cleared out the heat pump. Brian and his partner will be welcomed here any time.
